Returns Policy
We want you to absolutely love your Humxn Co. products as much as we do! However, if your new item is not quite right we have the following return options available to you. All returns must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed and as new condition. If you don't complete the returns process within 30 days, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Returned products are donated to charity or sent to fabric recycling centres.
Full price items: Refund / Exchange / Online Store Credit
Sale Items: Online Store Credit only (unless the sale item is labeled as faulty*)
All returns are subject to the following conditions (‘Return Conditions’).
- You have valid proof of purchase.
- A completed Returns Form is received by Humxn Co. within 14 days of the delivery date in accordance with the tracking information.
- Return authorisation has been approved by Humxn Co. via email to you.
- Your returned item is received by Humxn Co. within 30 days of you receiving your order.
- Item/s are in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all the original packaging). If purchasing more than one pair of underwear the remainder pairs must be returned completely unopened.
- The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.
Humxn Co. reserves the right to deny a request for return if your item does not meet the above conditions.
If you would like to exchange your item for another style or size, please complete your Returns Form and contact us immediately to arrange your exchange and check availability. Humxn Co. will hold your item for exchange for up to 7 days while we await your original item to be returned to us. Only once we have received the original item will we ship your exchanged product.
*If an item is faulty and we advised you that the item was faulty before you purchased, you are entitled only to an Online Store Credit.

- Once you have received written approval of your Returns Form, send the item(s) back to us via Australia Post.

Please ensure to pack the item in original packaging and send via Australia Post. Humxn Co. will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit so please ensure that you obtain tracking details.
You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed.
Please allow up to 10 business days for any refunds to be transferred to your bank account.
Consumer Guarantees:
All of our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
This Policy is not intended to replace, limit or exclude any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
This Policy is to be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and applies to all purchases made through our website.
