If you like your underwear to have a snug and close fit feel on your skin and you are between sizes then we suggest sizing down. If you prefer a more comfortable loose and relaxed feel and are between sizes, then size up!

 Waist Measurement

Place a tape measure around the smallest section of your torso. 

Hip Measurement

Stand with your feet together and place the tape measure around the largest part of your bottom. This is the most important measurement when choosing your size.
