Processing Orders

Thank you for purchasing with Humxn Co. We aim to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours. 

Shipping

All orders are sent from our Humxn Co. HQ in Brisbane, Australia.  

You will receive an order confirmation after your order is submitted. Please ensure to use the correct email address when you fill in your details. 

If you wish to cancel or alter your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order and we will try our best to assist. However please keep in mind that your order may already be packed and shipped and it may not be possible to make any changes. Unfortunately if you incorrectly enter your details and we can't amend it, we won't be able to refund you or replace your order. Please always confirm your details prior to submitting your purchase to avoid this.

Australian Orders

All Australian orders are sent by carbon neutral delivery services by Australia Post and Sendle.  Shipping times provided by Australia Post and Sendle are a guideline and subject to change based on weather events, order volumes or other delivery issues, unforeseen and unavoidable events that are beyond our control.

Your parcel will be left at your address, unless the shipping address is considered unsafe to be left by the delivery driver.  In this case, you will be left a message to collect your parcel from your local collection office.

International Orders

International shipping is not available at this time.
