Processing Orders

If you have placed an order, thank you for supporting Humxn Co. We aim to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours. 

Delivery

All orders are sent from our Humxn Co. HQ in Brisbane, Australia.  

You will receive an order confirmation after your order is submitted. Please ensure to use the correct email address when you fill in your details. 

If you wish to cancel or alter your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order and we will try our best to assist. However, please keep in mind that your order may already be packed and shipped and it may not be possible to make any changes.

Australian Orders

All Australian orders are sent via Sendle.  The shipping times below are provided by Sendle as a guideline. These are subject to change based on weather events, order volumes or other delivery issues that are unforeseen and unavoidable events that are beyond our control.

Your parcel will be left at your address, unless the shipping address is a unit/apartment and considered unsafe to be left by the delivery driver. In this case, you will be left a message to collect your parcel from your local allocated collection office.
